Received a damaged support leg for a bed I ordered. It has been 3 weeks and I have not received a replacement part. I did everything they asked within 2 hours of receiving the bed, yet they tell me they are waiting for a response from the manufacturer. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I Hate this furniture place I have been calling for over a refund they keep telling me that it has be process But I have ever received it so now my money is floating in the air somewhere I will never ever order a table from them my son has fell through the table they can't refund me the money it's just ridiculous I'm about to sue cymX

Ordered a bed from Cymax. Shipment never arrived. Called to ask what happened, was asked to wait. Called again days later and was told the carrier had lost the item. Asked to cancel the order. I was shopping around for a new coffee table and saw that the one I wanted was about $60 cheaper on Cymax.com than any other site. Well sometimes you get what you pay for and I wish I had read the reviews first. The coffee table arrived damaged with a very noticeable dent in the top wood piece. ...To donate the damaged goods to a charity! Ordered through Walmart.com...a $500 bed for a child. Bed frame arrived very damaged, carton ripped open and frame inside has chunks of wood taken out and splintered via shipping. Called Cymax. Sent photos. I cancelled via online form and over the phone. They lied and said they would cancel my order or at worst intercept the package and have it returned (I did offer to pay for the intercept charge since it would cost them something). They shipped and charged, even though I cancelled in less than 24 hours. I ordered a media center for $899. I received a recorded phone call weeks basically absolving the company of responsibility if it arrived damaged. This was disconcerting. I received a phone call from a rude delivery service saying they needed an eight hour window of delivery and no, they would not call me 15 minutes in advance. Bought furniture off Amazon through Cymax with 30-day return policy. After receiving sofa and loveseat I wasn't happy with quality and requested a refund. But they don't tell you about the $150 restocking fee. And try sending furniture cross country. It costs more than the furniture itself to ship it back. Don't waste your time. Not worth it. THE WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered an adjustable bed base from Cymax, who was a marketplace seller at Walmart.com. Took 4 weeks to receive, and item was wrong. Wow! I still am unsure as to whether my lost order has been canceled or not. Truly the most horrible customer service I've ever encountered. Cymax blames the carrier for my lost order of 3 LARGE furniture pieces (seriously, did it fall off a truck or what?) , and the carrier blames Cymax.
