Short story: I bought a couch, chair and ottoman. 3 months, 9 emails, 35 phone calls, 2 trips home on lunch break, interest paid on my credit card, sold merchandise that doesn’t exist, and in the end had to go buy couches elsewhere. Order a two piece livingroom set got confirmation that I wouls received my order on the 7/8 I took off from work on the 7 nothing. They advertised the chair wood color as oak but I received cherry. Previously bought from them in oak few years ago so I know the difference. Ordered a bird bath (through Amazon). Final assembled product has visible nuts and bolts that hold legs of the birds onto the body - very unattractive. Nuts and bolts not visible on pictures on website (some photo-adjustment made to hide them). The web site states that they have a price match policy where they will pay the difference plus 10% of the difference if you can find the product cheaper on any of the specified web sites. I found the product cheaper and they verified it while I was holding on the phone. I ordered a matching night stand and chest. I recieved the night stand but never the chest. Cymax delivered the chest 3 times but it either got damaged or lost. I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. Add comment
