Unbelievable. I have been e mailing them for almost a month because of broken fireplace log and at the end they e mailed me the following. "Hello, Please send parts order for part 4098-B Log, Charge $30.00." I cannot believe this company. Trying to contact cymax customer service to provide correct shipping address. I ordered a bed frame from Cymax cancelled the order 3 days later was told I was just in time for cancellation, but item shippped the same day . Cymax resolved my issues and the piece of furniture is beautiful! Everything was delivered in several shipments and lots of phone calls. I wouldn't use this again but if you like their items, just make sure you have everything you need when it's delivered or pay for the more expensive delivery. ORDERED DINING ROOM TABLE & CHAIRS TOOK FOREVER TO GET PROCESSED AND IT WAS A GIFT. TERRIBLE RESPONSE TIME TO INQUIRIES. Bought a bed frame 11.09.2014. First they send the bed to a billing address in a different state.
