I wish I wouldn't have dealt with this company .I ordered a table set and it was suppose to be in in 2 weeks tell me why I still haven't received my merchandise. I called cust service and was left on the line for 18min and 9 sec then the line dropped worst experience ever. I finally spoke with a manager and she seemed to not know where my order was lol. you cannot reach a human once you have purchased something. they make it totally impossible. They do not answer your calls and they do not make an e-mail address available. i am still waiting for product i ordered that i was supposed to have 3 days ago and cannot get a "true" update. Ordered a desk and chair on 10/23. Noticed price on desk was lower the day before and John, salesperson, honored lower price ($805 vs $832). Picked out chair w/ John and met min. for $100 discount. I ordered leatherette chaise lounge 9/30/14. Esatimated ship date 10/9 to 10/12. Estimated delivery date 10/14 to 10/24. I ordered a kitchen island 2 months ago and never recieved it. When I found out it was shipped to Fedex I notified Cymax and they were supposed to reroute it to my home, as of today I still haven't heard fro Fedex or Cymax that my order will be delivered. I spoke to Cymax and Fedex and both confirmed they will be delivering it. I will never order from Cymax again they are very hard to deal with.... Read more

I cancelled an order and they shipped it anyway stating it was already put out by manufacturer for shipment (lie-I received the forms from shipping company) and now in dispute. I called numerous times and the story changes every call. Amazon even stated they are not good to work with and they get MANY complaints and calls regarding POOR customer service AND lack of supervisors to speak with. ... Read more
