We Bought a bed for $379 and after purchasing it we found it on another site for $279. we called cymax and asked if they can match...they said NO. Then we asked can we return it? They said yes...for a 20% restocking fee and $108 in shipping!!! Then we asked can you please meet us half way...They said NO. they gave us $18 back! I ordered an item which I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere but I figured it was worth the extra money to order from a "reputable" company. However, once my order was placed, I got an email confirming the order but it has now been a week and I have not gotten any word about when my item will ship. You cannot contact them by email, only phone, and when you do call, you are given automated messages, no live phone rep. Ordered recliner. Unable to check out and refuse delivery before fedex left. Once out of carton and put together, found chair is much too small. Need return. To do so. Must put in original packing. Still will be charged 30% fee and a 15% fee. That is almost 1/2 of what the chair cost. They will be receiving a brand new chair and I will have nothing. Ordered love seat & sleeper sofa in suede color. Rcv'd love seat in correct color, the sleeper sofa body was correct color, but seat & back cushions wrong color, they were mushroom instead of suede that was ordered. Also no mattress was sent making the sleeper useless. Order rcv'd Jan 13, and I requested mattress and thatg cushions be replaced with correct color. I purchased a dinning table from Cymax and it was exactly what I wanted. However when it came it was damaged. I immediately reported the problem to Cymax. After a week or so they offered me $30.00 off to keep the damaged product. I did not accept that offer. About another week later they shipped a new table top. Needless to say I am extremely happy with the end result. I felt they were supportive and very responsive of my wishes so I plan on ordering some additional items from them. Read more

We ordered a bed through Cymax, it came in wrong color (we wanted white, they sent brown). Then, we sent an inquiry for the replacement of that part, and we waited for more than a MONTH!!! In a meantime, me opened other boxes, and found out that the other part is teared! Again, calling them, sending a lot of pictures, asking when can we expect our bed? I ordered 2 sets of leather parsons chairs. When I received them I tried to put them together but the screws didnt fit. I know that is the manufacturer but I have been trying to return them since december. Absolute nightmare dealing with them. PLEASE be careful when ordering from Cymax! They have VERY HIGH restocking fees and charge you for prior shipping as well as return shipping. If you are unsure about an item, please find a better vendor to purchase from. Also check your measurements. I bought dining room chairs and they were TINY! It's costing me $230 in restocking fees plus over $180 in shipping...plus I have to pay for the return shipping. So, the return is going to cost me over $600 on an $1100 purchase.
