They refuse to give me a full refund on an order I cancelled. I have called and called their 800 number and no one EVER answers the phone. Ordered wall unit on Nov 26 with the understanding that it will not shipped from manufacturer on Dec 18. Requested status updates on the Cymax inquiries as I could not reach anyone on phone after standing numerous calls of 20 to 30 minutes. three months ago ordered 3 pieces of furniture. The desk arrived damaged due to their packaging. After much hassle they sent another one a month later - arrived in worst shape then the first one. They never answer the phone, leave you on hold until after they have closed, do not have any way to contact them - no email, no chat, and their "call back" system is a joke! They call at the very end of the day, you answer and you just hear ringing, then you are transferred to the same main number where you are on hold until they close. I had Paypal get my money back. I'm currently trying to return an item to CYMAX. Already getting the runaround--need to send photos--will expedite the process, etc. etc....should be hearing from the "returns" dept. any day now! Unbelievable. I have been e mailing them for almost a month because of broken fireplace log and at the end they e mailed me the following. "Hello, Please send parts order for part 4098-B Log, Charge $30.00." I cannot believe this company.
