I placed an order and was told that the average shipping time was 5-7 days, now 1 month later it still has not shipped. I have called multiple times, talked with multiple people and it is always "leaving the warehouse in 2-3 days". When I said I couldn't believe the poor service, and said I had no faith that it would ship as they stated they did not care at all and said they would call me to confirm that it had shipped, no call, still not shipped. I have talked with the "operations manager" and she too is giving me the it will go out tomorrow... mind you it has been on my charge card for over a month!

Please don't buy from this company!!
