I ordered an ottoman three months ago...after receiving a shipping confirmation saying that the item was going to El Salvador I tried to contact customer service (term used loosely) and waited on hold for over an hour (what does that tell you??) before I was connected to a rep. I was told that the item had shipped, and they would get back to me within 24 hours...so I have now emailed them over 25 times with no response, called nine times with no results and still have no ottoman.
I did, however, receive an email from them saying they were sorry that I was displeased with my product and could return it for a hefty restocking fee and the freight would be on me!
How would one return an ottoman, even with their ridiculous terms, they never received?? Do Not Order From This Company!!!
