I ordered a set of ottomans. The purchase went very smoothly.

Unfortunately, I had to return them. Customer service would not assist me with the return.

I told them one was not opened, and the other was repackaged as it arrived.

I was then told the return department would get back to me in up to five days.

A few days later I received a boilerplate email stating they could not return them as they were assembled (they came fully assembled) and I did not have the original packaging. They suggested I sell them on my own. I returned an email within 10 minutes-the "Return" person did not provide a phone number. No response in days. I called Customer Service again. They would not help me but would have the "Return" person respond in a few days. The company is clearly designed not to take returns. Finally, after contacting the credit card company, they accepted the return but would deduct more than a third of the price due to restocking fees and shipping. I should have checked this site first! I posted a note similar to this on their Facebook account. That disappeared fast-seems like they have someone constantly monitoring the site to remove any unfavorable customer opinions.
