Cymax has the most moronic, imbecilic return policy I've ever even HEARD of.

If you have to return an item, you must wait for nearly a month for the buggers to finally send you one of their secret "Authorization Codes" before returning the merchandise.

Because this interminable wait caused me to overshoot the return, they sent me an email stating: "YOUR AUTHORIZATION CODE HAS EXPIRED," as though my foam rubber pillow was like milk and had some kind of expiration date!!! After six desperate emails asking them what I could do now, they totally ignored me.

I am still waiting to get a return call or satisfaction on this return. Btw, the item I returned was brand-new,

and hadn't even been opened--still in it's original container and packing materials.

If you use Cymax after reading this, good luck if something bad happens with your order.
