Ordered a futon frame, the size of the frame is 2" longer/wider than the ad. It does not fit in my space so I was going to ship it back, I spent 114.00 on the frame the return shipping was 180.00.

This is pathetic, the frame is going on Craigs list to sell. Never again!!!!!!

The frame paint was also scratched but when I contacted Amazon about returning it I forgot to say the frame was scratched I just said I ordered the wrong size, which I did not, as said the size is different than the ad. I certainly would appreciate it if the ad was correct so that no other buyer gets the wrong thing.

Preferred solution: Free return shipping for a product that is listed incorrectly..
