I ordered a bedroom furniture set over 6 weeks ago. After a week of calling everyday and waiting on hold sometimes for over 10 minutes for a customer representative, I was finally emailed that my order was lost.

During this week of calling they told me someone would get back to me immediately and it never happened. Now I am battling over getting a refund of over $1,500 and still getting no satisfaction. I am ready to call my credit card company and deny the purchase.

I am very unsatisfied with the whole process. I will definitely order elsewhere.
