After ordering and recieving a "Catnapper" recliner from Cymax, the frame broke in less than 5 months. The original warranty stated that the manufacturer should not be contacted.

It directed us to call Cymax. When first called, I was told to contact the manufacturer first before they could respond. When I did as directed, I was rudely informed by Catnapper that I should contact Cymax. Cymax finally responded by e-mail.

It took five weeks for the replacement part to arrive and another week and angry e-mail before they arranged for it to be installed. There was terrible customer service on a very poor quality product.
