Per request, I submitted pictures and was told that they were waiting for a "authorization to destroy number" from the manufacturer. That was weeks ago. Every call to customer service results in the same "this will be resolved within 24-48 hours." Additionally, they want to charge me a 20% restock fee...

what are you restocking if I am to destroy the product and take up room in my garbage bins.

Meanwhile I have this huge 125lb box taking up space in my house.I just want this resolved.

Monetary Loss: $300.
