you cannot reach a human once you have purchased something. they make it totally impossible.

They do not answer your calls and they do not make an e-mail address available. i am still waiting for product i ordered that i was supposed to have 3 days ago and cannot get a "true" update. YOU CAN'T CANCEL BECAUSE THEY YOU HAVE TO GET APPROVAL FIRST WHICH TAKES SEVERAL DAYS IF EVER AND YOU CAN'T SPEAK WITH ANYONE TO DISCUSS. they have a customer service number to call but it is virtually impossible to get to talk with anyone.

i am going to call my credit card company to see if they will help me or to at least hold payment to Cymax. biggest ripoff company ever.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $402.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
