worst customer service! be warned! ridiculous rules! never, ever again!
when the wood on the table we ordered did not match the picture-- we submitted pictures and asked for return shipping label and refund -- weeks later, we were still hassling with them
only getting the credit card company involved did anything -- but still they never did the right thing and made it like it was our fault they had a terrible picture of the table and misrepresented the wood tone---
they said they had to contact their vendor to see "IF" they could accept a return-- making it the customers problem -- they are truly the middleman and an inept one at that
